AI Assistants Setup and Access

The AI Assistants are central to the functionality of the [AI] platform offer specialized support to various departments within your company. These AI Assistants are set up and managed directly within the platform, allowing for full customization based on your team’s needs.

Once an AI Assistant is configured and trained, it can be accessed through the Data Assistant interface. The Data Assistant serves as the central hub where users can interact with the AI, prompting it to analyze data, generate reports, or provide insights in real-time.

Key Features:

• Setup and Customization: AI Assistants can be trained and modeled for specific departments, ensuring they are tailored to the unique workflows of your team.

• Access via Data Assistant: Once set up, users across departments can access their AI Assistant through the Data Assistant tab. This interface allows you to prompt the assistant for insights, ask questions about your data, and receive customized recommendations based on the input.

Whether it's the Customer Service AI answering customer queries or the Marketing AI analyzing campaign performance, the Data Assistant provides a seamless way for teams to leverage AI capabilities to drive better decision-making. The AI Assistants assigned to the company are configured based on the department's needs, and the Admin can also add new AI Assistants as required.

Depending on the type of AI Assistant you want, it's crucial to attach it to the correct data source.

For example:

• A Customer Query Reply AI Assistant must be linked to a data source containing customer information, such as customer databases, support ticket logs, or communication records. This ensures the AI has access to the relevant data needed to respond accurately to customer inquiries.

• Similarly, a Marketing AI Assistant will need to be connected to data sources like marketing platforms, campaign analytics, enabling it to draw insights on product performance, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

By attaching the AI Assistant to the appropriate data source, it ensures that the AI delivers accurate, context-specific insights, improving overall efficiency and decision-making across departments.
