🦸 Super Admin

Control Panel for the Super Admin

Overview

The Super Admin role in the [AI] platform provides comprehensive control over the platform’s configuration and management. As the highest-level user, the Super Admin holds ultimate authority over system-wide settings, user permissions, and platform resources. This role ensures that the organization’s data management and AI tools are optimized for performance, security, and operational efficiency.

The Super Admin assigns Admin privileges to users within each company.

From this interface, the Super Admin is able to:

  • Manage User Accounts: Create, update, or delete user accounts, and assign roles or permissions for organizations. The Super Admin can also oversee user access control to ensure that sensitive data is accessible only to authorized personnel.

  • Configure AI Assistants: Set up, manage, and train AI Assistants across different teams or departments. The Super Admin can fine-tune how each AI Assistant interacts with data, ensuring it is tailored to departmental needs, such as customer service, marketing, or operations.

  • Oversee Product Management: Purchase, activate, or remove products from the marketplace, ensuring that the company’s AI Assistants have access to the latest tools and models. The Super Admin can also oversee the integration of products like the Document Reader or AI Model Enhancements.

  • Set and Monitor KPIs: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for different departments, teams, or the entire organization. The Super Admin can track progress against these KPIs, using metrics such as revenue, visits, or sales, and monitor real-time performance through predictive analytics.

  • Access Advanced Analytics and Reports: Review detailed analytics and reports across the organization, including usage reports, AI performance, and user interaction logs. This feature allows the Super Admin to assess the effectiveness of the platform and make data-driven decisions.

  • Manage Platform-Wide Settings: Adjust global settings for the platform, such as security protocols, data storage options, and integration configurations with external systems. This includes managing API keys and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.
