Once signed in as a Admin, Locate Assistant on the left hand panel

Click on "Add Assitant"

Add Assistant
Enter the Assistant details, Data Source, Skills and Tools and Click save
Data Source: You can pick which data source, your AI Assistant gets to query data
Skills: The skills assist the AI Assistant to perform better depending on the task you want your AI Assistant to make
Tools: The Tools assist the AI Assistant to perform better depending on the task you want your AI Assistant to make
An Assistant that is powered by a customer service tool will function quite differently in responding to queries to an Assistant powered by an analytical skill
All these can be customized
