KPIs
The KPI section allows you to set, monitor, and manage Key Performance Indicators for departments, teams, and roles across the entire organization. KPIs are critical for ensuring that your teams are working toward clear, measurable goals, and they provide a way to track performance and progress in real-time.
Setting up KPIs
How to Add a KPIFrom the KPI tab, you can set specific targets for departments, teams, or roles. For example, the sales department can set a revenue target for the quarter, while the marketing team might track website visits or campaign conversions.
Department-Level KPIs: High-level metrics such as revenue, sales growth, or customer satisfaction.
Team KPIs: Specific to the functions of each team, such as lead generation for the marketing team or response time for the customer support team.
Role-Based KPIs: Targets assigned to individual roles, such as a sales manager’s target for closing deals or a marketer’s goal for email open rates.
Monitoring Performance
The platform provides an intuitive interface where you can monitor how far off or close you are to achieving your KPIs. Each KPI is tracked using real-time data, offering detailed insights into the metrics that matter.
KPI Metrics:
Visits: Total visits to your website, app, or platform.
Revenue: Total income generated over a specific period.
Sales: Total units or services sold.
KPI Targets:
Each KPI will have a target value, such as "Revenue Target: $500,000 for Q4." The platform shows the current value (i.e., what has been achieved so far) and provides predictions based on historical data to indicate whether the team is on track to meet the target.
Status Indicators:
Green: The team or department is close to or has already reached the target.
Orange: Progress is halfway toward the target.
Red: Little or no progress has been made toward the target.
By tracking KPIs, your organization can maintain focus and ensure that all departments are aligned with overall business objectives.

For Visits, the current value is 3,864,981.
For Revenue, the current value is 9,230,610.
Prediction The Prediction column provides a forecast of where the performance is expected to go based on historical data. It helps in understanding if the target will be met, exceeded, or missed. In the image, for Visits, the prediction is 191,258,608, while for Revenue, it is 336,143,823.
Status The Status column uses color codes to indicate how close the team is to reaching the target:

Orange: The team is halfway to reaching the target (e.g., Visits).
