Features and Functions
Here are some important features Data Assistant has
Document Reader
Data Assistant is fitted with the Document Reader, which allows you to extract valuable information from uploaded documents. You can upload any document—such as reports, research papers, or business contracts—and Data Assistant will intelligently answer queries based on the content of those documents. This feature is especially useful for teams working with large sets of files, making it easier to locate specific insights without manually sifting through pages of data.
To switch between querying your data and querying your documents, it’s as simple as toggling between modes. The Document Reader maintains a history of all uploaded documents, so you can easily revisit and reference previous files when needed. How to Use a document in the Chat
You can upload a maximum of 5mb document
Document history
On the left hand side of the interface Click on "view docs"
and the document history will be expanded on the right of your screen.
Chat History
On the left hand side of the interface you can check your recent chat
Archive, Edit or delete history
By clicking on the 3 dots by the selected chat/ document, You can either
Pin your chat
Rename your chat
Archive your chat
Delete your Chat with your assistant in the history
Help Assistant
The Help Assistant is a section where you can get an overview of the data assistant and the insights data assistants shares, the data sources they can pull through.
You can locate the Help Assistant on the lower left hand side of the interface and clicking on the icon
