How to Archive your chat

Step by step guide to archiving your chat

Sign in

Once signed into the Data Assistant

Locate your chats

Look to your left hand side and locate your chats click on the three dots by the chat you will like to archive

Click on Archive

From the pop up menu, click on "archive". Once clicked, your chat is archived

You can switch AI Assistants

Your chat will be successfully archived

Retrieve your Archived Chats

To retrieve your archived chats

1. Go to settings

1. Locate "Chat" on the settings pop up menu

3. Make sure the toggle for archive chat is on and your archived chats will be beneath as shown here:

Click on the icon by the side of the chat you want unarchived and your archived chats will reappear in the chat history menu.
