A company interested in using the [AI] platform to meet its data and collaboration needs starts by assigning an Admin responsible for managing the company’s operations on the platform. The Super Admin grants this user Admin privileges, giving them control over day-to-day management. The Super Admin is also responsible for setting up the company’s foundational structure within the system, which includes defining departments, teams, and roles to ensure that the platform is organized according to the company’s operational framework.
Once this initial setup is completed, Company Admins gain the freedom to customize and optimize the company's setup according to their departmental needs, KPI, Creating AI Assistants and connecting data sources. Admins also have the authority to onboard as many users as they wish into the platform.
